Vegetables in yoghurt
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring to a boil 2 litres of salt water to which had been added the pepper, the onion into wedges and sliced garlic.
Place a basket in which Cook the beans to steam for 8 minutes.
Slice the cucumbers and dip them in salted boiling water.
Drain after 40 seconds.
Dry both vegetables and serve with a cream with yoghurt.
