Vegetables in mayonnaise
Instructions
Boil the vegetables, singed the peppers and remove the skin.
Slice and place in a salad bowl with pitted olives, capers and season with salt, pepper and half a glass of white wine.
Make mayonnaise with eggs and treated with acid with vinegar.
Unite all prepared with mayonnaise and serve.

- Green beans
- 12 pitted green olives
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
