Stewed vegetables with grapes
Instructions
Peel and wash all vegetables and cut them into chunks and put them in a crock with chopped parsley, a few Marjoram and Laurel.
Live peeled Orange segments, freeing them from any seeds, Peel and cut apples into wedges, Peel the grapes and remove the seeds, then add all the fruit to vegetables including celery slices.
Season with salt, pepper and oil.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
While cooking stir once the preparation by adding, if is too dry, a little boiling water.
Served both hot and cold.
