Vermicelloni all'amatriciana in White
Instructions
In a large skillet, preferably nonstick, heat olive oil and sauté the bacon for about 2 minutes.
Soon after, when the cubes are golden and crisp, blanched in salted water the vermicelloni and grate the pecorino.
Drain the pasta al dente, pour it in a pan, add the cheese, pepper and mix everything quickly afterwards, serve immediately.

- 400 g of type vermicelloni pasta
- 200 g of diced bacon
- 100 g of seasoned pecorino cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
