Sea bass with fennel seeds
Instructions
Clean the fish, open it and fill it with all chopped aromas.
Add salt, pepper, sprinkle lemon juice and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
You can cook the fish grilled too after having sprayed oil.
Also you can use, with excellent results, other types of fish like bream, snapper and sea bream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 sea bass
- 1 handful of fennel seeds
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- Basil
- Rosemary
