Aromatic sea bass
Instructions
Clean and get the sea bass two fillets without skin and without thorns.
Marinate the fillets in olive oil, pepper, salt and lemon.
In a Pyrex pot Brown a little oil with bay leaves, add the fillets, cover with marinade and cook for 4 minutes in the oven.
Serve hot.

- 1 1000 g of sea bass
- 3 leaves of laurel
- Some grains of black pepper
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
