Instructions
Place the egg yolks in a bowl with 200 g sugar (preferably powder) and sbatteteli the whip.
At the same time simmer for about 15 minutes over a low heat the milk with the vanilla and the rest of the sugar.
When the milk is cold, remove and Add vanilla to the eggs.
Mix well the mixture and add the marsala wine and alcohol.
Bottled and consumed immediately shaking before use.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 80 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 450 g of whole milk
- 150 g of marsala wine
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 400 g of sugar
