Baked marinated sea bass
Instructions
In a bowl pour half a glass of olive oil, add a medium onion thinly sliced, bay leaf, a sprig of parsley and thyme.
Lay the clean sea, let it marinate for an hour voltandolo from time to time.
Remove from marinade flavors.
Salt and pepper the fish, spennellatelo with the flavoured oil marinade, place it on a baking tray and cook in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Occasionally wet the sea bass with the cooking juice to mellow the skin and seasoning the meat.
Serve with boiled potatoes or steamed.
