Instructions
Finely chop spinach, olives, Sage and fill the clean fish.
Put all in a pan with garlic, olive oil, pepper and wine.
Bake for 15 minutes.
When cooked, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.

- 1 600 g of sea bass
- 10 black olives
- 100 g of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 clove of chili
- 2 glasses of white wine
