Instructions

Peel and wash the biete, cut them to pezzetti eliminating the coasts.

In a pan heat four tablespoons of olive oil and add all the smells, diced, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Simmer for a quarter of an hour and add one or two tablespoons of warm water if the mixture is too dry.

The biete and cook again for half an hour sweet heat stirring occasionally.

Excellent Baked cod with this sauce.
