Boil Zucchini al dente, cut them in half and scavatele.
Chop the white part of leek, let it dry in a little butter, add the chopped salmon, stir and turn off.
Stuffed Zucchini, place them in a buttered baking dish, add salt, drizzle with the cream and put in oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
