Zucchini with olives
Instructions
Check the zucchini and thickly.
Cut in half the tomatoes, give them the seeds and reduce it into chunks.
Peel the onions and cut them in segments.
Crush the garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes in a large pan with heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil, Basil and parsley.
Add the onions and let them bake, covered, for 5 minutes.
Then add the zucchini, tomatoes, olives and pepper to taste and continue cooking, fresh focus and always covered, for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, then cook for 3-4 minutes to lively fire, remove garlic and add salt.
You can serve zucchine warm or cold also.

- 4 perini tomatoes sodi
- 2 onions
- 10 great greek type black olives
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of shredded basil
