Zucchini egg
Instructions
Check the zucchini, cut them in half, in thickness direction, gently asportatene the pulp, which will keep aside, and cook in the steam for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
In a bowl beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the pulp removed of Zucchini and gilds it for 3-4 minutes to vivacious fire in a pan with the butter.
Add then the cheese eggs and continue cooking, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until they are well tone up.
Zucchini filled with eggs and serve immediately, sprinkled them with chives scissor kick.
