Zucchini shrimp beans
Instructions
Boil briefly courgettes in salted boiling water and cut into very thin slices.
In a salad bowl collect courgettes, beans and boiled shrimp.
Season with oil, salt and pepper, stir.
Beat together lemon juice and vinegar, spread over salad.
Stir and serve.

- 300 g of zucchini
- 300 g of already boiled beans
- 200 g of shrimp
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Lemon juice
- White pepper
