Needlefish in breadcrumbs
Instructions
Clean the needlefish, eliminatene the head and tail, and pull every other flag each open them via the tip but unite the two sides.
Rinse, dry and ricomponetele.
Put into a bowl the breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, salt, two tablespoons of oil and water.
Mix well, put some of the mixture into each garfish and shut it again.
Align the needlefish in a baking dish, sprinkle them with salt, pour oil over them and cook in the oven for about half an hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.

- 800 g of needlefish
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 1 lemon
