Zuppa del canavese
Instructions
In an ovenproof dish from the edge top or a crock melt half butter.
Over lay some slices of bread and on these you have some cabbage leaves and cut into chunks.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with butter flakes and cheese.
Repeat with the slices of bread until exhaustion ingredients.
Fill the container half broth and place in the oven at 100 degrees for nearly two hours by adding the remaining broth as you need.
Serve the soup gently brodosa.

- 150 cl of broth
- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 small cabbage
- 50 g of butter
- 80 g of grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
