Black cabbage soup
Instructions
Take a carrot, chopped clove of garlic, celery, half an onion; FRY in oil and perfumed with thyme leaves.
Cut into strips the leaves of cabbages and flavour in the sauce.
Add the hot broth and a little tomato pulp or peeled, salt and cook in saucepan and covered over low heat for an hour.
place in a soup-tureen some slices of toasted Tuscan bread, pour over the soup; serve with a drizzle of raw oil and a pinch of pepper.
Serve the cheese aside.

- 2 black cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Carrot
- Celery
- Some leaves of thyme
- Tomato pulp
- 200 cl of nut soup
- Grated cheese
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Some slices of tuscan bread
