Instructions

In a skillet Saute without any seasoning, very finely chopped onions, then flavour with the butter and oil.

Add salt a little.

Lightly toasted in the oven the bread slices.

Grease a baking sheet, place the bottom some slices, over some onions, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

So on until exhaustion ingredients.

Cover of broth, put on the fire and simmer slowly for about a quarter of an hour.

Serve.
