Braised beef with potatoes
Instructions
FRY in a little olive oil Virgin extra celery, carrots and chopped onion.
Add the meat and cook it.
Add salt, pepper, add the peeled and, after closing the jar, let Cook for about 2 hours.
Add the potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes and cook for another 60 minutes.
