Instructions
You boil the vegetables and, when it is almost cooked, down part of the water and add the potatoes cut into small pieces and previously boiled beans.
In a pan are lightly fried garlic and chilli.
In a large bowl is placed the stale bread cut into chunks and on it are paid well cooked soup and, most recently, the seasoning.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of cappuccia salad
- 1000 g of escarole salad
- 250 g of potatoes
- 250 g of beans
- Garlic
- Hot pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Stale bread
