Instructions

Boil 300 g of cod and blended with 20 g of butter, 2 eggs, 1 handful of parsley, 40 g of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Mince and Brown in 20 g butter 3 carrots, 1 1/2 leek and celery, sprinkle with the cooking of the fish broth, bring the cooking vegetables and season with salt.

In this hot broth pour mixture of cod using a small spoon.

Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
