Iced melon soup
Instructions
Peel the melon and cut the flesh into dice.
With a sharp knife Peel the Grapefruits full bleed.
Collect the melon and grapefruit in two separate bowls, sprinkle with wine and refrigerate for a few hours.
When serving arrange the fruit into individual dessert dishes, that wine and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 ripe melon
- 2 grapefruits
- 75 cl of aromatic dry white wine
- Some of leaves fresh mint
