Breakfast eggnog
Instructions
Shake vigorously with little cubes, ice in the shaker.
Add the white of an egg mounted to snow.
Serve in tumbler wide, with a dash of nutmeg.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 egg yolk
- 4/6 milk
- 1/6 curacao
- 1/6 cognac
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- To complete:
- 1 egg whites whipped until foamy
- To serve:
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
