Instructions
Flour the pieces of leg, sprinkle the pretzels, pepateli and saute it in oil in a uniform manner, preferably in a crock pot.
Some finely chopped well washed salt anchovies, garlic, Rosemary, Sage and thyme and sprinkle the Lamb with this mixture.
Add the vinegar and a glass of water, cover the casserole and bake for about 50 minutes, turning every now and then the meat.
Serve the hot lamb, accompanied with beans or boiled peas.

- 1 leg of lamb to 1000 g cut into pieces
- Some of salted anchovies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Thyme
- Flour
- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
