Stuff the sleeves scalded in boiling salted water with a filling consisting of flakes of milk, ham, Basil and parsley; finish their steaming.
Meanwhile Cook the tomatoes in a pan with a soffritto of carrot and chopped celery, deglazing with white wine after a few minutes.
Serve stuffed sleeves on that tomato sauce (pretend genovese).

- 150 g of type dough half sleeves
- 50 g of milk flakes
- 50 g of ham
- Parsley
- Basil
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- White wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
