Instructions
Very good on salads, which can be so cute decorated with the addition of some fresh raspberries.
Put to infuse 200 g raspberries well cleaned (don't wash raspberries, under penalty of loss of their scents, but these chalk) and slightly crushed in 25 cl white wine vinegar.
Add a tablespoon of sugar and place in a closed glass container with acid-proof CAP, for a couple of weeks in the dark.
Filtered well the vinegar with a white cloth washed in boiling water without detergent and perfectly dry and bottled.
If you wish you can put some fresh raspberry infusion, but often their appearance changes and is no longer so attractive as just put.
