Instructions
Let marinate for 4 days the raspberries in wine and vinegar.
After maceration pour everything over a horsehair or nylon sieve placed over a bowl without crushing the fruit, collect all the liquid.
Pesatelo adding 1000 g of sugar for every 300 g.
Put to boil for a few minutes while stirring, let it cool, bottled.
If you plan a long conservation you can put in the bottle some raspberries among the most beautiful.
This type of vinegar is used to season fruit salads, especially with strawberries.
