Instructions
Clean and wash the zucchini.
Cut in half lengthwise and scavarne the pulp, putting it in a bowl.
Merge to the pulp the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, juice from a clove of crushed garlic, salt, pepper and oil just enough to mix the ingredients.
Place zucchini in a pirolila oiled, drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees.

- 1 anchovy
- 1 clove of garlic
