Diced pork with peppers
Instructions
Brown 2 cloves of garlic in oil, remove them and add the pieces of floured and browned meat.
Add the pepper flakes, reduced salalre and pepper and stretch with a ladle of broth.
Cook for 3/4 of an hour.
When cooked, put in a plate preparation of hot service and frosting the cooking with a teaspoon of sugar, then poured over the meat.
