Odour-Crusted Sea Bass
Instructions
Heat the beans in the Pan, then whisk.
Fillet sea bass, cook it in a pan with oil from the skin without squamarlo, put a leaf of Basil on the thread then turn and finish cooking salt.
Put on a baking sheet the sheet of puff pastry, with the Rosemary, Sage and salt close at book Bake until dora.
In a pan put oil, sliced leek and lemon juice.
Serve with beans shakes the puff pastry, frozen fillets of sea bass and leeks.

- 1 bass
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 2 leaves basil
- 1 leek
- 1 jar of precooked beans
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Olive oil
- Salt
