Squid with steamed peas cream and braised cabbage
Instructions
Fill the squid with the pea cream obtained by first Cook the peas in boiling salted water for 10 minutes and then processing them.
Wrap in foil and cook squid steamed for 10 minutes.
Chop the cabbage, Cook in a pot with salt, lemon zest, Rosemary and garlic for 15 minutes.
Serve the calamari accompanied by two poached eggs.
