Ham cannelloni and asparagus
Instructions
Mix the chicken with Rosemary, egg white and Rosemary; stuff the ham slices with the mixture and roll them up like cannelloni; Cook for 10 minutes, then Sauté in a pan with salt for 2 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, blanch the asparagus tips and coat with olive oil and Parmesan flakes.
