Mushroom casserole with mozzarella and fried peas
Instructions
In a pan sauté the mushrooms into pieces and make them lose the water, then add oil and pieces of bread and mozzarella make them go after cooking for a moment.
In a frying pan to heat peas, with oil and add water if needed, then mix with the egg, flour, Sage leaves, salt.
Put a little oil in a pan and putting the spoonfuls of mixture of piselle, brown them on both sides.
Serve mushroom stew with fried peas.
