Cauliflower in salad (3)
Instructions
Clean cauliflower; remove leaves and core and break it up into florets.
Wash and boil al dente in salted water.
Drain and let cool, then transfer to a bowl and add the pitted olives, water and chopped anchovies, capers, desalted salt, pepper and oil.
Stir and serve.

- 1 cauliflower
- 2 anchovies
- 1 handful of gaeta olives
- 1 handful of pantelleria capers
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
