Tart with bananas and bitter cocoa sauce
Instructions
Line a classic stencil with the pastry.
Add the bananas cut into pieces and prepared a batter with egg, sugar, flour, cream and almonds fillet.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve with chocolate sauce obtained by boiling for 3 minutes in a saucepan cream, and cocoa or sugar.

- 1 egg
- 400 g of short pastry
- 20 g of almonds fillet
- 2 bananas
- 100 g of cocoa
- 30 cl of cream
- 100 g of sugar
- 20 g of flour
