Raspberry and pear smoothie
Instructions
Squeeze the lemon and cut into the juice in a glass.
Wash pears, dry them, privatel the core, then cut them into pieces.
Put the chopped pears in a bowl, add the lemon juice on top and sugar, mixing well.
Quickly wash the raspberries in ice water, drain, dry them gently and then toss them through a strainer to remove any small seeds.
Add the Raspberry Puree to the mixture of pears and stir.
Then place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Put the mixture into the blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
Add the ice water, and blend for another minute and pour into glasses and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pears kaiser
- 300 g of raspberries
- 1 lemon
- 200 g of sugar
- 30 cl of very cold water
