Instructions

Beat veal slices and wrap with slices of Eggplant (internally and externally) with basil leaves.

Wrap like spring rolls and cook them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and Rosemary shirt; Deglaze with white wine and bring to cooking in 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the remaining Eggplant into cubes, toss in the flour into the hot oil.
