Take some heads of garlic, Peel and mince the cloves; place in a covered pan with olive oil.
Let warm up slowly, at very low heat.
Cover the pot with a lid, then turn off the heat and leave to cool.
Filter everything and throw away the garlic.
Is it possible to keep the oil thus obtained in the refrigerator for a few days.
