Instructions

Clean and wash the sea bream; Add salt and substitute oil in an ovenproof dish with cut shallots in half, Sage leaves, peppercorns a little crushed, olive oil.

Wash and dry oranges; cut them into thin slices.

Halve the orange slices and arrange them to cover the fish and bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes, by spraying with wine halfway through the cooking.
