Wine soup
Instructions
Melt the butter and add the wine, bringing it to a boil, add the yolks mixed with sugar, milk and heat again.
The soup is poured into dishes on the bottom which are placed slices of toasted bread in butter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cups of red wine
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g of mountain butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Toasted bread
