Instructions
Peel the clove of garlic.
Put white vinegar in a bottle with the black pepper, the garlic clove and lavender stems.
Let macerate for a few days away from light.
You can try it on salads, cheeses, meats, fish or vegetables.

- 50 cl of white wine vinegar
- 4 stems of lavender in bloom
- 10 grains of black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
