For this preparation is essential to use the excellent red wine vinegar.
The best is certainly a wine vinegar made by yourself at home.
Put sugar in vinegar and let them macerate mint leaves for about 2 weeks.
After this time, remove the Mint and put the vinegar in a transparent glass bottle, well capped.
