Tempered To raisin vinegar
Instructions
Boil for a few minutes the white vinegar with raisins along with pepper cloves and Juniper.
After the mixture cools slowly add dry white wine of good quality and, after you add the orange zest, put everything in a pot.
Let stand for at least 1 month reminding you to shake the mixture occasionally.
This vinegar is particularly useful for all those condiments which require a delicate sweet-and-sour to spice up the white meat.
If it is kept for a long time grows more of the scent of Orange and raisin.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of white wine vinegar
- 100 g of sultanas
- 3 cloves
- 5 berries juniper
- 5 grains pepper
- 25 cl of white wine
- 1 orange (peel without the white part)
