Banana bites
Instructions
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Sift together the flour, potato starch and yeast.
Peel bananas, cut into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Mash with a fork and mix with rum, obtaining a smooth cream.
In a large bowl, work the butter with sugar until mixture is fluffy and white.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix gently.
Add the vanilla and mix again.
Stir in the sifted flour, pouring a little at a time, and then mashed bananas.
Pour the mixture in spoonfuls on a buttered and floured baking tray.
Sprinkle the surface of the pieces with a little sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

- 250 g of flour
- 30 g of potato starch
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 bananas
- 200 g of sugar
- 120 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 1 pinch of salt
