Instructions

To marinate the meat with salt, pepper, herbs, spices, herbs and wine for 3-4 hours.

Brown in oil and butter well floured meat, then add the marinade, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove the meat, the broth through a sieve and condirvi the meat slices.
