Broccoli and anchovies
Instructions
Clean under the water Jet 4 salted anchovies and cut them into small pieces.
Then Saute 1 clove of garlic and 1 thinly sliced onion in 2 tablespoons oil.
Add the fried anchovies, then 500 g broccoli cleaned and divided into florets and 2 carrots sliced very thinly.
Cook covered for a few minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add a little water if necessary, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
