Bacon and mushroom tartlets

00590 Bacon and MUSHROOM TARTLETS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 small pastries, 200 g mushrooms, 150 g of bacon, onion, 2 tablespoons chopped tomato, a l of milk, 50 g of grated cheese, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
In a pan with a little oil sauté the finely chopped Bacon; Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms.
Simmer over medium heat for a few minutes, then stir the tomato and savory.
Add milk (leaving aside a bit to dissolve the cornstarch) and incorporated it into the saucepan, stirring constantly until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Fill the tartlets with this compound, spolveratele with grated cheese, and gratinatele in the oven.
Serve very hot.
