00670 PEPPER GOAT CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of goat's cheese, assorted 60 g of pepper, olive oil.
Cut the goat cheese into rings about 1 cm.
Coarsely minced and separately the different types of pepper and arrange the goat cheese slices on a serving platter.
Put the slices of pepper varieties, sprayed with drizzle of olive oil and serve.
