Instructions

In a Pan fry the onion in oil and whole chilies; remove them from heat.

Once cooled, crush them in a mortar with a little vinegar.

Put in saucepan; just take a boil add the fish starting from mollusks, then redfish and others.

Add salt and cook 15 minutes more.

Serve on slices of bread.
