Tronchetto stuffing
Instructions
Remove the outer layer of the bread, cut into 6 slices lengthwise. Prepare the filling, mix the chopped ham, sliced with chopped hard-boiled eggs and ketchup.
Chopped tuna and mischiatelo with the internal cut lettuce leaves, mayonnaise and a teaspoon of mustard. Mix 4 cheese with raisins of Corinth (previously softened in water) and chopped walnuts.
Cover the slices of bread with these fillings, starting from the base; a layer of Ham with eggs, then the tuna with lettuce and cheese with raisins, the ham and the rest of the tuna.
Cover with the bread, finally wrapping it entirely with the rest of the cheese mixed with butter. With a fork sketch of lines mimicking the bark of a tree and spolveratelo with the chopped parsley.

- 100 g shelled walnuts
- 100 g butter

- 1 box of tuna in olive oil
- 1 lettuce
- 16 cheese
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- mostarda
- parsley
